Terms of Engagement

Before commencement of the project, Corporate Angels require a signed acceptance of the estimate, payment terms and details of the scope of work. Work can be received either by email attachment, post, fax, hard-copy, floppy disk, CD-Rom or USB memory stick. A local collection service is available upon request.

The normal turnaround for general work is 24-48 hours dependent on the size of the task.  This will be discussed and agreed prior to commencement of each project.  If you need work to be done urgently, Corporate Angels will do their utmost to accommodate you.

All documentation will be scanned using the very latest and most up-to-date virus checkers. However, Corporate Angels cannot give any guarantee and therefore it will remain the clients responsibility to ensure they have their own protection against viruses.

Final proofreading will remain the responsibility of the client. Should mistakes be found, they will be rectified free of charge if returned within 48 hours.

Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is required before the commencement of each new project, with the balance being due and payable upon completion.

Hourly services are invoiced weekly and are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.

Retainer Agreements are invoiced fortnightly in advance of each calendar month and are due and payable prior to the commencement of work.

Time bundles are paid before the commencement of the project (amount of hours depending on your needs) and Corporate Angels will remind you when you need to top up.

Due to the complex nature of Web Site Services and Event Organisation, terms will be discussed once your requirements have been determined.

Corporate Angels would prefer payment to be made in UK Pounds Sterling. For your convenience this can be by personal or business cheques, cash, bank transfer or through PayPal.

All chargeable extras to include postage, telephone calls, etc, materials will be listed individually on invoices.

Confidentiality

Corporate Angels assure you that client discretion is paramount.  Should they be required, Confidentiality Agreements can be signed prior to commencement of work.

Corporate Angels are not responsible for the end use of any document produced or edited by us. Clients are solely responsible for its appropriate use, including abiding by any copyright laws, plagiarism laws and publishing requirements.
